Your business email is set as the reply address of that email so our team can answer you directly. The website does not keep a copy of your enquiry in a database; the email our team receives is the record. If the email cannot be sent, nothing is sent and your details stay on the page for you to try again. The Need urgent support link beside the form opens WhatsApp; nothing you typed into the form is included in that message.
